Christian and Ian work through mommy issues.

For this episode we debrief Ian's globetrotting and wrap discussions on new movies for this year. For our new film review we talk about an indie, black and white, debut feature called THE EYES OF MY MOTHER. For our Thrill List segment we continue the mom talk and name our Top 3 Horror Mothers. Finally, for our Movie from the Crypt segment we talk about the Ingmar Bergman classic, HOUR OF THE WOLF. We also discuss foot fetishes, creepy baths, and fingering people's souls.

We'd love to hear your thoughts, questions, or any requests you have. You can contact us at: ItsOnlyFeedback@gmail.com and on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

Christian and Ian hate adults.

We are at the end of the road for our first Overkill series. We have discussed every entry of the Scream franchise, and it has all led to season 2 of the MTV series. After discussing each entry we try and answer whether or not we are still in on this franchise or if at this point it is overkill. We were surprisingly mostly onboard for season one, but still had many reservations that MTV could successfully adapt this beloved series a second time. We discuss the surprising Halloween special, the more comfortable way the show referencing horror, and what we can expect from season 3. We also discuss Scooby Doo, how boring parents are, and Christian again forces a reference to The OC.

We'd love to hear your thoughts, questions, or any requests you have. You can contact us at: ItsOnlyFeedback@gmail.com and on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

While the Cryptkeeper's away the mice will play.

Ian is still globetrotting so Christian invites some previous guests, Tyler Belk and Calah Skelton, to make their triumphant return to IOAP and talk some movies. The new movie up for review is a VOD emotional horror offering called THE MONSTER. For Movie from the Crypt, Calah chose a found footage movie based on a fake ghost hunter TV show, GRAVE ENCOUNTERS. We also discuss Arnold Schwarzenegger, lesbian roommates, and insufferable millenials who go to Coachella. Oh, and satanists.

We'd love to hear your thoughts, questions, or any requests you have. You can contact us at: ItsOnlyFeedback@gmail.com and on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

Christian and Ian try and find out if Wes Craven had anything to do with video killing the radio star.

Why did we watch the first season of MTV's Scream series? That's a fair question, and the answer is that we are in our first Overkill series of episodes in which we watch all entries of a horror franchise and attempt to answer whether or not we are still in on this franchise or if at this point it is overkill. We have already discussed all of the movies so now we turn to the younger generation to see if kids who are growing up with Snapchat can faithfully continue this beloved franchise. We discuss the show's many departures, our thoughts on the killer reveal, and whether or not the Brandon James mythos is a worthy follow up to Ghostface. We also discuss how old these alleged high schoolers look, The OC, and pornography that is actually printed on paper.

We'd love to hear your thoughts, questions, or any requests you have. You can contact us at: ItsOnlyFeedback@gmail.com and on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

Christian and Ian have found a new home in Hollywood and hope to survive the incessant rewrites.

Happy Halloween! We celebrate the spooky holiday and our first year as a podcast by continuing our Overkill series and discussing SCREAM 3. As always, we are trying to answer whether or not we are still in on this franchise or if at this point it is overkill. We touch on the film's many rewrites, potential character resurrections, and how Columbine effected the production of this installment. We also discuss car phones, awful cameos, and the hit Will Smith album- Willenium.

Oct 17, 2016

Christian and Ian are blissfully aware that these days you gotta have a sequel.

This episode continues our Overkill series in which we watch all the entries of an established horror franchise. In each episode we try to answer the question- are you still in on this franchise, or at this point is it overkill? We are currently on part 2 of the series and discussing SCREAM 2. We try and put ourselves in the mindset of the late 90s slasher craze that this movie was released in, lament perhaps the most tragic death of the series, and praise the inclusion of Omar Epps and Jada Pinkett in the movie's opening and some much needed racial-politics-in-horror-movies conversation. Note: for this episode, Christian's role is performed by Tori Spelling, while Ian is replaced by Luke Wilson.

We'd love to hear your thoughts, questions, or any requests you have. you can contact us at: ItsOnlyFeedback@gmail.com and join us for #31DaysofHalloween on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
