For our Movie from the Crypt we indulge in a recommendation and watch a Japanese found footage movie, NOROI: THE CURSE. Finally, we have a spoiler-filled discussion of M. Night Shyamalan's latest comeback effort, SPLIT. We also discuss demon dogs, evil bedside tables, and urinating children.

On this episode, we condense an entire year's worth of horror offerings into 3 lists- Top 6 Movies of 2016, Top 6 New to Us Movies of 2016, and Worst 6 of 2016. 3 lists of 6 films each, hence the 666 title for this episode. We also read all the emails and comments we received with other folks' lists from the year. We briefly discuss why terrible things happening in the real world draws us into escapist cinema, we agree quite a bit throughout our various lists, and we also bicker like schoolchildren about what should or shouldn't be considered a horror movie.
